2.25 COLA approved for 2007

The Committee of Conference agreed to HB653 with Amendment 231h. This means that: - The LGC gets a voting seat on the NHRS Board of Trustees, with the chairman only voting in the case of a tie;
- The employer has a contribution floor set equal to the employee rate;
- This year a 2.25% COLA will be awarded.
Copies of the Amendment are not yet available, as this information was given verbally in the Committee. This is effective June 30, 2007.
